  Would give 0 stars if I could...my husband and I just hired Siciliano and we were excited for reliable and excellent service as that is what their pricing would lead you to believe they provide. Well this is how our interaction started off:
  
  We had to call the office when the team left after completing only half the job for our initial Spring clean up. The team was then sent back to complete the job. While the clean up crew was here, my husband spotted one of the crew urinating in our back yard. The spring clean up was our first interaction with Siciliano, which I think in anyone's opinion is certainly a pretty horrendous way to start off a new relationship with a client. Despite starting things off on a very negative note, the company proceeded to charge us the full amount for the clean up which was $800 (we have a small .29 acre property and they completed the cleanup in about 1 hour). My husband and I were like okay, whatever - they completed the job after we had to call and someone peed in our backyard, but fine, we will give them a few more chances. They came to cut our lawn this past week and left the gate open. We have a dog - we should not have to double check that our lawn service has closed the gate (which is clearly there because we have a dog) on a weekly basis. Today, I called to set up our credit card after receiving the bill for the $800 clean up and I was notified that they only take checks. It is 2018! Every lawn service we have ever had takes credit cards. This is something they should alert new clients to up front. Last but not least, we have asked for a landscape proposal in our backyard several times and I took time to walk around the backyard and explain everything we wanted, but still have not received this after about 3 weeks. Needless to say, we have fired them and will be looking for a new landscape company.

  We started using Siciliano about 2 years ago. I wanted a Landscape Company that was reputable, knowledgeable and reliable. I have mature trees, bushes and several planting areas in addition to my lawn that needed attention after being neglected by the previous owner. I certainly made the right choice because my property looks like a postcard. Our home is located on a busy road and lots of people comment that the lawn, yard, flowers etc. are beautiful and so well maintained. The crew is meticulous. They pay attention to my instructions and concerns. Everyone that works for Siciliano, from the owner Karen to all staff right down to the crew that takes care of the property weekly, are fantastic to work with. They are a full service Landscape Company and have a Landscape Architect, Alan Tufts, as part of their team. He is extremely talented and has provided much useful information. Overall I highly recommend Siciliano. No matter how small or large the property or project, you will receive excellent service.
