  We have used pool world for years. This year we had a leaky liner so we called pool world to set up a new liner installation because it's time. Dave is great if you can speak to him. The woman that answered the phone said let the water run down till you find the leak. The pool would have been empty! Long story short we patched the liner and Dave came out for the estimate for the new one. We call to speak to Dave, impossible by the way, and are told he will call us back. No call back so we called them and were told they will not do the liner install. All because we called to give the $1500 deposit and set it up for the spring! They wouldn't take the deposit because they wanted to do the job now. The receptionist there cost them a liner job and who knows how much more business. Your not the only game in town pool world. This is not how you do business. I'm sure Add on will gladly accept $$ from me. Total joke. Phone training is badly needed at PW. Just saying. Rude person at the other end of the line when you need them the most. No urgency either.
