  The Red Bank location is one of my favorite locations. The staff is super friendly, extremely nice and bubbly! The managers are always very helpful and willing to work with you if you have an issue. The smaller sized gym is what i favorite the most, you can go in for a quick workout and not worry about waiting for a machine or it being too crowded. If you had to choose a gym to go to I would recommend Jersey Strong in Red Bank!
