  I used this company's services for the purchase of a condo last year, and they were a nightmare from the very beginning. They had 4-6 weeks of advance notice before my closing date, which was scheduled for a Monday. All during that time, I was told things were going well and there were no issues. At about 4:00pm on the Friday before the closing, I got a phone call from First Integrity saying they had discovered a problem. It became clear that my file had been sitting on their desk with no attention at all until that day. After that, things only got worse. There were countless problems during the closing, and most of the staff members I spoke to were incredibly rude. After all was done, I discovered problems for months after the transaction (including a missing property tax document,) and didn't receive all of my promised documents until 8 months later. I completely understand that real estate transactions are never easy and things happen - but this was truly ridiculous. Considering the amount I paid in fees to "First Integrity," I would have expected far better service.
