  This contractor offers free estimates and then tries to harass, abuse and threaten you into paying for it, if you do not use him. If you do not give him money to "get off your case", he threatens to report you for permit violations (whether you've made them or not). Please report this contractor to your local police, file a complaint against his license # 13VH01546000 or report him to your better business bureau. Don't let this happen to another person.
