  I had a most positive, warm, and unforgettable experience at Mustillo's. My mom was convinced she had found "the dress" for me there, and I arrived from Mass. to look at it in December, full of doubts. Lois and Nicole stayed open later to accommodate my arrival, and we were greeted by bright smiles, helpfulness and supportive service. They brought me out the dress, I tried it, and it was in fact the only dress I tried on. Nicole thoughtfully and patiently adjusted the back of the dress, to get it how I best liked it. Upon my return in May, they addressed the minor alterations and creatively used the extra fabric for a necklace and headband. As I was leaving the following day, the seamstress prioritized the work on my dress so that I could take it home with me.
  
  I worked with people who respected and listened to what I liked. I was going for a simple but elegant look (no train, no veil), and Lois and Nicole never pushed me away from that vision. The price tag was much less than those on most wedding dresses, and yet they treated my mother and me as most valued clients. Lois is a lady with class: she appreciates what a dress shopping experience should be like, and she actively creates that experience. She fully engaged with my mother, shared personal stories, offered quality service. Nicole is an excellent designer, and she instinctively tuned into the adjustments that I hoped could be made.
  
  The dressmakers at Mustillo's are interested in making the client feel special. I had the feeling that they were sincerely motivated by capturing the individuality of the client rather than motivated by a sale. I have a beautiful dress, and also a fond memory of finding a dress with my mother. Perhaps that is luck, but I also attribute it to the professional, warm and patient service offered at Mustillo's.

  Mustillos has been a part of our family's dress shopping needs for decades. They are a true small town business with a beautiful store and the most helpful sales people you can find. My mother, sisters, fiancee and other extended family have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. Would recommend to anyone!
